Since 1989, The Special Strokes for Special Folks Golf Outing has raised over 2.2 million dollars to help empower people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead fuller lives. Thanks to American Golf Corporation’s Adopt-A-Charity program, we are able to hold our outing in August every year.

The Outing is a double shotgun format, with morning and afternoon play to accommodate the growing demand to participate in the event. Players compete in contests for prizes, including a hole in one prize on each par three on the course. Team awards are given for gross score, net score and most honest team, as well as many other contests.

Thanks to the generosity of many local and national businesses, the silent auction and raffles help to raise additional income at the event. The auction, raffles and golfer gift bags are a great way to promote your business and products to those who attend and receive our publications.

We hope that you will partner with us in making Special Strokes for Special Folks a continued success in 2019.
